The Rage will continue until the Hate stops.

This is a variant on the earlier saying, "The Beatings will continue until Morale improves", which is some sort of sarcasm or mockery of those who were not actually thinking along those lines.  But yesterdays joke is today's heartfelt moral imperative, so we had plenty of anti-Trump riots nearby yesterday:

Then there is the reverse-NAZIism riots of Germany:

In both cases, the rioters seem motivated by a reverse racism in which the indigenous culture is deemed to be vile, and migrants are being paid to move in with the idea that eventually they will be able to make their Lebensraum by violently removing this from those who were here earlier.

Pro and Anti groups getting into fisticuffs is quite normal here though we do not have the immigrants problem but there are other issues that ignite such standoffs. I am not qualified to comment on your specific issue.

I agree that it is very common for different groups to fight when their perceived interests conflict, but this one seems much different.

It is more like an angry wife setting the house on fire, and then screaming at the husband who is pouring water on the fire that he is a sick brute because the water is damaging the furniture. No doubt a judge will come along and rule that the husband needs to pay the estranged wife the cost of the house that he destroyed and give him a prison term for destroying property with water.

We live in troubled times, that is for sure.

Indeed. My main thought is to my children and hoping that God will have mercy on them.

I think the same, Looney, only adding grandchildren in.

Hi Looney,

The world is slightly chaotic right now and many despair; but we need to keep a cool mind. I look at all this and think ברוך דיין האמת (this is also for the Good).

Cheers
